My passion is motivating and empowering high-achievers to rediscover their spark and engage more fully with life. When we are fully engaged, life is lighter, there is more fun to be had, and we are able to achieve higher levels of success. Our human potential soars.

My mission is to become the best version of myself and to inspire and empower others to do the same so they can use their unique skills and talents to make the world a better place. 

I am a life long student of personal growth and development. One of the first investments I made in my own personal growth was the Tony Robin’s Personal Power program in a big box of cassette tapes. Yep, I’ve been at it a long time!

My passion for empowering people to achieve their dreams led me to becoming a Certified Life Coach in 2014. I have since received training and certifications in several other modalities and continue to expand my knowledge in the field of energy psychology.

Early in my life I was very intuitive. As I got older, I tuned out my intuitive side and followed more intellectual pursuits, developing a really great left brain. I graduated with a degree in finance and spent several years working in the tech industry. While my abilities to “get things done" have served me well, I now know that I was using way too much willpower trying to make things happen. I have found an easier path, and I’d love to share it with you.

Being in balance, and allowing for more flow from the right brain - the intuitive mind, makes things so much easier! But I get it, you want an organized system and process that is results oriented. Me too! I’ve combined techniques and strategies from years of study and working with clients into a system that works, engaging the best of both left and right brain approaches to expanding human potential.

Because I am a recovering left brainer, I have never been accused of being too “Woo Woo,”  and in fact have worked with many executives, professionals and entrepreneurs, helping them to reduce stress, get unstuck, find their creativity, and tame unhealthy thought patterns. The result? Renewed confidence, better relationships, and fresh insight.

I firmly believe that our thoughts and belief systems create our reality. Through my own life experiences, training, and work with clients, I know that there is a much bigger world - a  world that is beyond our 5 senses. And when we can engage with this expanded part of ourselves, and better manage our life force energy, magic happens. I can help you find your magic!
